Class Act is a small women’s ensemble that performs light vocal selections with a beautiful blend of voices. They sing annually in the Holland Chorale’s Tulip Time Show and the Downtown Holland Street Performer Series, and they enjoy singing for more intimate venues such as area senior citizen centers, organizational meetings, and private parties.
Garbed in Dickens-era costumes, the Holland Chorale Dickens Quartets perform for carols for various community events around Holland at Christmastime. They are sure to bring you “tidings of comfort and joy” as they sing a repertoire of traditional Christmas Carols. They would love to welcome guests to your private or corporate Christmas party!
Dutch for “lyrical choir,” LyrischKoor is the Chorale’s chamber choir. The yearly-auditioned small ensemble specializes in performing early music and other classical repertoire highlighted best by a select number of voices singing in intimate venues. In 2012, LyrischKoor performed A Little Night Music.
Showtime is made up of nine members–four women and five men. The group rehearses year-round and prepares jazz, pop, and Broadway standards for the Valentine’s weekend Love Notes Cabaret, May Tulip Time Show, and private contracted events.
To contract any of our small ensembles to perform for your special event, please contact the Chorale office for more information.
